Tasting

Visual impression : A lovely row of delicate bubbles greets the eye as they enhance the evanescent rim ring. Golden yellow in color with amber lights, the wine is both limpid and brilliant.

Nose : The first whiff of the bouquet is generous and expressive. A graceful maturity is enhanced by an underlying freshness. Its maturity reveals itself in the notes of dried fruit scents and spice cake. When aired, the freshness comes across in the mineral notes.

Palate : The palate is powerful and generous with a perfect balance between maturity and freshness. The dosage is discreet, permitting this exceptional vintage to fully express itself.
